You find source notes in each article. The texts are written from public sources named in each article. When an article refers to a hospital, a billing office, a collection agency, a credit bureau or a public agency, it describes that organisation in third person. If a point depends on your plan, your state or the date of service, the article states that limit so you can check the source before you rely on it.

This site is for you if you pay for care in the United States and you need clear steps. You can read it if you review a bill for yourself or for a family member, if you prepare a call with a billing office, or if you receive a letter about a past due balance.
